 My previous articles are full of suggestions and advice. That's great and has its place...but what about personal experience? What are some things you do or don't do that have helped your health? What has had the biggest impact? One of the best steps I've taken to improve my health has been building and nurturing support systems in my life. I go to church and am on different ministry teams.
